MWFX "Mellow Virginia" custom Fuzz Box

Condition: excellent with some expected bumps and wear on a vintage enclosure. 100% functional.

By the reputable British builder Matthew Warren (MWFX), father of the Judder and other crazy good pedals.

- Custom fuzz circuit, stored in a vintage tobacco tin box.
- Takes a 9V battery or a standard 9V center negative power supply.
- Single control is volume, which does seem to change the bias a bit too.
- no LED status (no space), but you will know when it's on!

Tone:
This is a thick, raw fuzz. The accent is on the mids and low mids, cuts through really well without the ear-piercing character of chainsaw fuzzes. Sustain is good, but not as massive as on tone benders. The decay has a subtle broken character to it, in a good way. To be expected from MWFX :)
Definitely not for the faint of heart, this small box packs lots of punch and attitude!

The pedal is in excellent condition, with a few bumps as you would expect from an old tobacco box. Has been used on a few gigs. Stored in humidity and temperature controlled, non-smoking environment. Comes with velcro on the bottom.

Feel free to ask any question! :)
