Jeff Beck's incredible Gibson 54' Goldtop, known as the "Oxblood" Les Paul, helped set in stone Beck's reputation as one of rock's all-time virtuosos. The original owner of the guitar had requested that the P90 pickups be replaced with PAF Humbuckers and wanted a special "deep red" paint job to hide the repairs and modifications made in previously...Beck fell in love with the newly refinished guitar and bought it! The guitar became Beck's main guitar, featured in many timeless recordings and touring with him for decades, equipped with Gibson Burstbucker pickups and lightweight aluminum wrap-around tailpiece.
